2. The swimming pool closes permenantly due to reconstruction since 2024.
3. A $20 fee applies for electric vehicle charging.
4. A $50 fee applies for any unreasonable mess or untidiness in the unit.
5. A $20 fee applies for late check-out for 0.5 hours.
6. Excessive noise will not be tolerated and the quiet time is 9 PM-8 AM.
7. Guests visitors are required to leave by 8 PM.
8. Each unit comes with "one" parking space and speed limit is 5 KMhr in the property.
9. Its a smoke-free motel; guests may smoke only in designated areas.
10. Any disrespectful guests will not be accommodated as it will affect other guests.
