April and Ian Clifford welcome you to Glenmark Holiday Park located just a 3-minute drive south from central Timaru and only an hour’s drive from the ski fields at Lake Tekapo. There is accommodation to suitbudgets at our quiet and friendly park, options include standard cabins, self-contained studios, and large two-bedroom motel units as well as sheltered camp and caravan sites.

We have a range of onsite facilities that include an outdoor pool, playground, trampoline, pedal car hire and a free to use barbeque next to the communal kitchen. Our lounge includes Freeview TV as well as books and magazines.guests are provided with free onsite parking and limited free WiFi.

Whether you want an utterly relaxing break or an action packed holiday, we are the perfect location. We are an ideal family holiday environment with wide open spaces and spectacular beaches, showcases great museums and natural landscapes. During your stay our friendly team can inform you about the local attractions and activities such as Caroline Bay Beach, voted one of the top 10 beaches in New Zealand,you may find little blue penguins to view for free, or head to the river and fish for Trout and Salmon. There plenty of family activities such as the Christmas Carnival at Caroline Bay that runs for 3 weeks from boxing day, with family entertainment daily and child friendly museums with rare Maori rock art tours. The rock art is the most extensive work to be found anywhere in NZ.

Family Room with Shared Bathroom. For larger groups the Large Standard Cabin includes a double bed, 3 single beds and a sofa. Guests’ linen is provided. Cooking utensils are supplied in the shared camp kitchen for you to use. TV lounge, showers and toilets are shared. Limited wireless internet is provided, andguests have access to our onsite facilities. ;
Family Studio with Private Bathroom. For travellers wanting the option to cook and store groceries, the Self-Contained Studio includes a double bed and 3 single bunk bedswith bedding and towels. An open-plan kitchen that includes a cooktop, fridge and microwave, lounge with Freeview TV channels and sleeping area. For more privacy the ensuite has a shower, toilet, and vanity. Limited wireless internet is provided, andguests have access to our onsite facilities. ;
Two-Bedroom Apartment with Private Bathroom. Ideal for families or groups, the Two Bedroom Motel unit provides a double bed in one bedroom and 4 single bunk beds in the second bedroom,with bedding and towels. The lounge features a TV with Freeview channels and DVD player. A fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, cooktop, full-size fridge, and dining table means meals can be prepared and enjoyed in the room.
