Guests are required to present a valid photo identification and a credit card upon check-in. Although the room rate may have been pre-paid,guests must provide a valid credit card to confirm their reservation.

The property reserves the right to request a security deposit of a minimum of $100 if a valid credit card is not provided. This security deposit may be used to cover any additional charges such as excessive cleaning, damage, or odors, and will be refunded after a room inspection upon check-out.

Guests arriving after hours are required to notify us in advance to arrange for a late check-in. Please inform us by sending a message through Booking.com or by calling 07 578 5041 at least 3 hours prior to the receptions closing time.

Payment must be completed before the office closes for late check-ins. Failure to do so may be considered a ‘No Show,’ and at least one night’s room rate will be charged.
