You can also try the fine cuisine served in the maritime-themed Chartroom Restaurant, open for breakfast daily and open for dinner from October to April. Relax with a drink at the Boatshed Bar, with views over the charming harbour.

Edit Picton lies just a short distance outside Picton city centre. A kilometre away you can catch the scenic TranzCoastal railway, running down to Christchurch - a great way to see dolphins and whales in their natural habitat.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.

Please note that a valid photo ID and credit card are required on arrival. The credit card is required on arrival for which a pre-authorization will be required to cover any incidentals. Alternatively, a cash or Eftpos deposit of NZD$100 per day will be required as bond in addition the the total cost of your accommodation charges, with any extra refunded on departure.

Choose between two queen beds or a queen and a single (rooms appointed at check-in, or just ask us when you make your booking). The Snug may be compact, but it’s got everything you need—like a comfy queen bed, a work area for getting things done (or pretending to), and a 42” TV with SKY for winding down. A bar fridge keeps your drinks cool, while an in-room safe, iron, ironing board, fan, and heating ensure your stay is as effortless as possible. ;
Family Budget Room. A spacious family room with 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds. Ground floor rooms with a balcony, ensuite bathroom with shower, work area, LCD TV with SKY Channels, complimentary WIFI, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and teacoffee making facilities. These family rooms are 27 sqm and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children.
