The Crown Hotel Napier features the original heritage-listed hotel building, restored to reflect the style of the Art Deco era. The newer 4-storey complex features studios and suites with ocean views and modern furnishings.accommodation includes underfloor heating, iPod dock and an LCD TV with satellite channels. The bathrooms feature luxurious fittings and a hairdryer. Teacoffee making facilities and a work desk are provided.
Milk & Honey Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Hotel overlooking the ocean.

The Crown Hotel is an 8-minute drive from Hawke’s Bay Airport and 5 minutes drive from the Botanical Gardens.

Studio. Contemporary spacious studio suites with waterfront views and an en suite bathroom. ;
Heritage Studio. Accessible via stairs only, the heritage studio offers an en suite bathroom with a corner spa bath and a relaxing lounge area. Some studios offer a Juliet balcony with either a skylight or a gas fireplace. These rooms do not have sea views. ;
Premier Studio. This premier studio features luxurious furniture and fittings. It includes 1 bathroom with a corner spa bath and sea views from the private balcony. ;
Premier One-Bedroom Suite. Features a large separate lounge area with sofa and lounge chairs, plus a kitchenette with microwave, stove andkitchenware. Please note that there is a choice of 2 configurations for this suite: - 3rd floor suite with spa bath and partial view from the balcony andor courtyard. - Ground or 2nd floor large corner suite with sweeping sea views from the balcony, no spa bath. You can request your preferred suite configuration in the Special Requests Box at the time of booking. Please note that the suite configuration is not guaranteed and will be confirmed upon arrival, subject to availability. ;
Two-Bedroom Suite. Features 2 separate bedrooms and one bathroom, loungedining area, kitchenette and private balcony. ;
Premier Two-Bedroom Suite. This large suite features 2 bedrooms and 2 en suite bathrooms, 1 featuring a spa bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and a spacious living and dining area. Guests can enjoy sea views from their balcony. ;
Two-Bedroom Heritage Suite. This art deco room has been beautifully refurbished. There are 2 bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom (1 with a spa bath), and a separate lounge room with a balcony. Please note that the Heritage Suites are located on the first floor of the Crown Heritage Building and do not have lift access or sea views. ;
Double or Twin Room - Disability Access. Air conditioned and heated, this room is wheelchair accessible including hand rails in the bathroom. The equipped kitchenette offers a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Guests can enjoy the satellite channels on the flat-screen TV.
